How would you describe yourself in one sentence?
First I’m sour, then I’m sweet, then I’m gone.
What would you say is your best personality trait? Why?
I’m every theatrical. This allows me to be goofy and stay out of awkward situations.
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about eating. I enjoy all type of food. Chinese is my favorite.
How would you describe your style?
I would describe my style as unoriginal. I like jumpers and rompers because I don’t have to match tops with pants. It’s really an easy outfit.
When you have free time, what do you enjoy doing?
In my free time I like to nap. I don’t get much free time but when I do, you can find me in bed.\
Have you read a book lately that inspires you? What did it say to you?
I don’t really read. But the Bible is pretty good.
What are some things that you have done that have shaped your life?
I’ve taken leadership roles in the multiple extra curricular activities I am in. They taught me how to handle tough situations, and to be more responsible.
What are some of your favorite classes? What makes them the best?
Theatre class was so much fun because we did Kids Writes. Kids Writes is when we go to the elementary and help kids write plays. Once we have enough written, we act them out for the kids and give them awards.
What’s your favorite activity in high school? What makes it so special to you?
My favorite high school activity was Strutters. Mrs Riley makes the organization so enjoyable. I loved being on the team the past 4 years and am so happy I was able to experience so much including dancing at Super Bowl VI, dance workshops at Disney and in New York and making memories with some of my best friends.
What do know now that you wish you had known when you started high school?
I wish I would have know not everyone will like you. Considering I was just an immature brat starting HS, I always cared what people thought and now I’ve learned not to.
If you could go back to freshman year, what would you have changed?
I wouldn’t change anything. Freshmen year was so much fun and I learned a lot about myself and others.
After graduation, what are your plans?
My plans after high school are to become a event planner. I love planning strutter parties and coming up with games.
In 20 years, how do you want your classmates to remember you?
I hope that in 20 years my classmates remember me as kind and funny.
What was your favorite thing about your senior pictures?
I loved getting glammed up and how Jamie made feel so comfortable. Sometimes I get shy around new people but definitely not her. I wasn’t afraid to be like “let’s do a pic like this!”
Think about your senior session. How did you feel before your session? During? After you saw your pictures?
Before my senior session I was kind of nervous on how everything would turn out. I then realized how amazing my hair and makeup looked. During the session I felt like I could be myself with Jamie and it made me feel more relaxed. Once I saw my pictures I was so happy and relieved that they were exactly what I wanted.
Why did you choose JOPSeniors?
I chose JOP because I’ve looked at her pictures for the past 4 years and loved her style. It’s very natural and highlights your hobbies.

My dream for her future is that she follows God’s path He’s laid out for her. As long as she’s walking in His plan, she’ll be successful.

Life of the Party
Plans ahead and organized
Follows through with ideas- she’s a do-er and makes things happen
She has a positive attitude (most of the time) and encourages others.
She is very loyal and dedicated. She puts her whole heart into any role she takes on. She wants to do the best job she can do and help other people.
What do you consider to be the senior’s outstanding accomplishments during High School? Why did you select these?
Ashlynn had many awards this year. Among the top in the past few weeks;
She received 3 scholarships.
She was voted Most Spirited and Class Clown.
She also received the Spirit of Strutters award which is a very special and rarely given award.
Is there anything else we should know about the senior?
I am very proud of the leadership roles she has taken on this year. She has her own unique personality and shines brightly. I’m proud that she isn’t afraid to be herself and have her own ideas. She’s not a follower but a leader and makes things happen. She is quick to lend a helping hand to people in need.
